Our hearts and thoughts go out to everyone that has been affected by this unprecedented event. In the midst of this challenging time we want to update you on the steps we are taking to ensure the safety of our employees and the continued care and servicing of you, our valued customers.
In addition to the safety measures outlined below, we have as much backup as possible, with procedures in place for every aspect of our business. We are prepared to continue to print, assemble and distribute your work and meet our customers’ needs should any interruptions take place.
Our facilities have instituted additional sanitary and cleaning measures to ensure the safety of our team members.
We are encouraging our employees to be vigilant in following the latest advice from the CDC and Local State Governments that were recently updated:
1. Do not attend gatherings of 10 or more people.
2. Vigorously wash your hands for 20 seconds.
3. Follow CDC guidelines for testing.
4. Maintaining a 6-ft rule for in-person communication.
We have encouraged our employees to work from home where possible and have the digital and cloud-based infrastructure to allow for that while continuing to provide a high level of service to our customers.
We are temporarily limiting outside visitors from entering our production areas and offices.
As events, fundraisers, and trade shows have been canceled and in-person meetings postponed, we have been approached by many customers and prospects looking toward printed options to reach their customers. Rest assured we are ready and able to service all of our customers' needs despite this crisis.
